Military pass : Morristown, N.J., 1778 June 28.

Gives permission for Lieutenant Daniel Winants, of a loyalist militia unit from Staten Island, to return there on parole. Includes a copy of a parole signed by Winants and witnessed by Nathaniel Fitz Randolph. The whole is in the autograph of and signed by Elias Boudinot, Commissary General of Prisoners.
